The harsh reality is no investor in their right mind would put the 2 to 3 million required to get it up and running based on what the market can bear.

I’ve watched various interests doing one off events at ice rinks and arenas and in a city of 1.4 million, the best they can get is 100 people, tops.

While I believe there is a market to be had, you would need someone that could sit on the investment for a couple of years before seeing a return. That just doesn’t happen in today’s environment.
